We offer a 7-day ‘Change of Mind‘ policy. This means that for whatever reason, you feel the Uccello Kettle does not fit your needs, you can return your kettle.
We first will need to establish that it isn’t damaged so we can process the return. This is done by contacting Aoife in our Customer Care Team and she will be happy to guide you through the process.
Returning your Uccello Kettle:
- Aoife will supply you with our address for you to send your return to.
- Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item.
- Once we receive the product and can confirm it is unused and not damaged, we will be able to issue you your refund.

This return process can take between 3-5 working days depending on where it is coming from but the actual refund is an immediate process from our side but may take a few days to clear depending on your bank.
