In the unlikely event that your order is broken/faulty, you can return it by contacting our Customer Care Team. Once the issue is determined, we will let you know if you should discard your order or post it back to us for investigation.

Our team will supply you with our address for you to send your return to. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item.

Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement part or a totally new product (depending on the problem) that same day.
