When it comes to returning a broken/faulty Liquid Level Indicator within the warranty period we would ask that you email our Customer Care Team with:

  • A description of the issue you are having.
  • The receipt from purchase (in store) or order number if you bought from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com).
  • If possible, an image of the of the damaged/faulty Liquid Level Indicator.

Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the Liquid Level Indicator. Once we have received the product and can confirm it is unused and not damaged we will be able to issue you your refund.
