When it comes to returning a broken/faulty daily living product within its warranty period, we would ask that you email our Customer Care Team with:

  • A description of the issue you are having.
  • The receipt from purchase (in store) or order number if you purchased from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com)

*If you are returning a broken/faulty kettle* The batch code/batch number – you will find on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel.

  • If possible, an image of the of the broken/faulty product.

 

Our Customer Care Team will supply you with our address for you to send your return to. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item.

Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement part or a completely new product (depending on the problem) that same day.
