When it comes to returning a damaged/faulty Uccello Grip Mat within its warranty period, we would ask that you email our Customer Care Team with:

  • A description of the issue you are having.
  • The receipt from purchase (in store) or the order number if you purchased from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com)
  • If possible, an image of the of the damaged/faulty grip mat.

We will supply you with our address for you to send your Uccello Grip Mat to. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item.

Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement part or a new Grip Mat (depending on the problem) that same day.
